Ya’ll I am so proud of myself! Since we are doing 3c veggies a day I decided to blend it all in and make a yummy dip! I could eat it like cereal!
1 cup frozen spinach drained
1 cup frozen edamame peas
1/2 cup frozen broccoli florettes
1 cup artichokes from jar (drained)
10 green onions
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Blend all ingredients in food chopper
Add 3/4 cup grated parmesan
Enjoy 1 cup as a snack!
