chickpea salad
2 Cans chicken peas drained
1/2 c shredded carrots
1/4 c chopped celery
1/8 c chopped green Onions
1/2 c hummus seasoned
with 1 Tbsp. mustard
and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Mash or chop chickpeas, add veggies, and add the hummus mixture
Season with Pink salt and serve inside a green leafy wrap like a collard leaf
