Choose nutrition, not just food!

Meal prep is easy with Jessica Gunter

Once you are a member, you can message her in the C5 Facebook group. She puts out a menu each week and you can choose what you want prepped.

We follow Paleo and Plant based nutrition. I don’t recommend dairy or a lot of red meat. Although I use and believe in Arbonne protein and other Arbonne products, you have freedom to choose what is best for your body.

12/17/19 Recipe of the week:

Asparagus and Leek soup (for maximum detox and liver cleansing)

Heat 3 Tbsp coconut oil or ghee in stockpot on Medium

Add 2 cups chopped leeks (white and tender green parts)

After tender, add 2 cloves garlic, 2 pounds asparagus (cut only tender parts), and 1/2 cup peeled and diced sweet potato. Cook until soft.

Then add 4 cups organic chicken stock and bring to boil, simmer 12 minutes

Ladle into a blender (be sure to let some heat pressure off the pouring top and maybe cover with a paper towel) and then return to stockpot

A poached egg is really good with this soup. To make this you will boil 3 inches of water and 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar and then slide an egg into the water, cover and cook for 7 min.

12/22/19 protein muffins

1 cup Arbonne vanilla protein (this one is best because it has a little sweetness)

1 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1/4 cup Almond milk

mix and bake for 10 minutes

I use a little ove, you can double order he recipe and do 6 muffins instead ADD Fresh blueberries just before pouring into mufffin pan. Use the liners so it’s easy cleanup
